CURRENT TEAM MEMBERS – FREE TRAINING
Note: The state of Texas requires a home health aide to attend two in-service trainings each calendar year.
Our caregivers can meet that requirement (if unable to attend the twelve sessions of in-service trainings offered
at our office each year) by watching videos of the in-service training, taking a test about what they learned and scoring 80% or greater on that test.

In-Person Training Sessions
For those who prefer face-to-face instruction, we offer regular in-person training sessions at our Houston facility. These interactive workshops are scheduled at select times throughout the month and provide valuable opportunities to practice hands-on skills, ask questions directly to our training staff, and connect with fellow caregivers.
Skills Labs: Practical Hands-On Experience
Our specialized skills labs offer focused, hands-on training in essential caregiving techniques. These supervised practice sessions allow caregivers to master important skills like safe transfers, personal care assistance, and mobility support in a supportive environment before implementing them with clients. Our experienced trainers provide immediate feedback and personalized guidance to ensure proper technique and confidence.
